Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free.  If your item that you ordered is in stock you will receive your order within two days.  If item is out of stock or is a custom order it can take up to three weeks to receive your order.  We will notify you when the order is ready to be shipped.  All shipment require signature when received.  We only ship to the credit card billing address.
 
Privacy & Security
Your personal information is 100% secure.  We do not share any of your private information to any third party.  Information provided is used only by Jewels By Joe to process the order and to keep track of pas orders. 

 

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the item within 10 days from the arrival of the product.  Product must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn and undamaged.  We will not accept the exchange otherwise.  Refunds are accepted only within 5 days upon receipt.  Refunds will be given once we receive your shipment.  Full refund will be given less the shipping and credit card fees associated with the sale.   You must contact Jewels By Joe for authorization and must be shipped back at owner's expense insured for the purchase price.
 

Ordering

            We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, and bank transfers.  Most items are available for immediate shipment.  If item is not available it might take up to three weeks to order.  We will notify you as to the time frame.

Jewels By Joe offers wholesale pricing to the public.  We are direct manufacturers and diamond brokers.  We cut out the middle man so you can save up to 70% off retail prices.  We do not deal in commercial or subpar workmanship.  Our philosophy is quality and workmanship is our highest goal.  We don't use sales to boost our bottom line because our prices are already very low and offer special prices throughout the year.
